La Asociación de Prensa Extranjera de Hollywood (The Hollywood Foreign Press Association), concede este año el premio Cecil B. DeMille a Jodie Foster.

Jodie es la primera mujer en recibir el premio desde el año 2000, cuando se entregó a Barbra Streisand, y la segunda mujer más joven en recibirlo*.

El galardón se le hará entrega el próximo 13 de Enero durante la ceremonia de entrega de los Globos de Oro.

La Asociación concede el premio anualmente a una “destacable contribución al mundo del espectáculo”.
